Lake Location

Lake Horowhenua is located in Horowhenua in the Manawatu region of New Zealand’s North Island and covers an area of 3.9 square kilometers.

The Lake Horowhenua Trust is actively working along with its partners to restore the lake to its former condition after decades of sewage being dumped in the lake.
